• You should independently verify any information before making decisions based on newsletter content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content.

5. Intellectual Property

The FreshSift name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of FreshSift. Newsletter content is generated using publicly available information and AI technology.

• You may share, forward, and link to our newsletters and archive pages for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our newsletter content in bulk or as part of a competing service without written permission.
• News sources, articles, and external content referenced in our newsletters remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6. Referral Programme

FreshSift may offer a referral programme allowing subscribers to invite others. By participating:

• You agree to share your referral link only with individuals who would genuinely be interested in the Service.
